How online lessons work

Before your lesson:

You can communicate with your online teacher through e-mails or WhatsApp, making them aware of any aspects in particular that you would like to cover in your next online lesson.

Your online teacher can send you any necessary sheet music, exercises, and notes by email, for you to prepare before your lesson or any websites (mainly Amazon) you could purchase the materials prior to your lesson.

At the arranged day and time, your online teacher will “Video Call” you through Skype, Face Time or Zoom.

Our teachers use Skype, FaceTime or Zoom

I'm on a PC or Mac

To join a lesson from your Pc or Mac you could use Skype or Zoom.

For Zoom, use the link in the lesson reminder email. Those links are available 24 hours prior to your lesson's start time.

I'm on an iPad or other tablet

To join a lesson from an iPad or a tablet, you can use Face Time (only for Apple devices), Skype or you will need to install the Zoom app. Search for Zoom in your app store.

Then use the link in the lesson reminder email. Once again those links are available 24 hours prior to your lesson's start time.

After the app is installed on your tablet, for future lessons you should be able to join by clicking the reminder link in the reminder email.
